Edema is a disease of the Cells, Tissues and Serous Cavities.
The excessive retention of watery fluid in the Cells, Tissues and the Serous Cavities is Edema.
When the Blood Vessels get injured they accumulate watery fluid to the surrounding areas. The fluid is trapped in the Cells or Tissues and results in Swelling. It is a response by the immune system after an injury or an Inflammation.

Single Herb
Sambucus Ebulus for Edema
Prepare a tea made from the roots of Sambucus Ebulus. Have a cup once a day.
Cynodon Dactylon ( Doob ) for Edema
Prepare root decoction of Cynodon Dactylon ( Doob ). Have 10 ml of it twice a day.
Carrot ( Gaajar ) for Edema
Make tea using blossoms of Carrot ( Gaajar ). Drink it twice a day.
Java Tea for Edema
Prepare a decoction using whole plant of Java Tea. Drink 35 ml thrice a day.
Take One tablespoon powder of the dried Black Nightshade leaves with water twice a day.
Cypress Essential Oil for Edema
Cypress Essential Oil expels the excess water through urination process. Edema condition may be reduced by rubbing Cypress Essential Oil on the affected area and lower abdomen. Application of Cypress Essential Oil over the abdomen is helpful to regulate diuretic effects. Add 20 drops of Cypress Essential Oil in 100 ml of any base oil (like; Olive Oil, Coconut Oil). Massager over the affected part as well as lower abdomen.
Aparagus Racemosus for Edema
Crush the tuber of Asparagus Racemosus and prepare a paste. Consume it orally with a glass of fresh water twice a day.
Dandelion for Edema
Add 1 tablespoon of dried Dandelion root powder in a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes, now strain the tea and drink it. You must drink 2 to 3 cups of Dandelion root tea every day.
Guava ( Amrood ) for Edema
Prepare an infusion, made of Guava roots and 1 glass of water. Drink it, 2 times a day.
Fennel Essential Oil for Edema
Take one teaspoon of Coconut Oil ( or any other carrier oil ) and add four drops of Fennel Essential Oil in it. Mix them well. Apply this oil blend over the affected areas and massage it. Repeat the process two times a day.
It helps to clear the body toxins and releases the fluid.
Lemon Grass for Edema
Lemon Grass is good for water retention. It is diuretic in nature which also helps to eliminate the toxins from the Body.
Have a cup a of Lemon Grass tea every day.
