Box Myrtle ( Kaiphal ) for Sore Throat

Steep One tablespoon Box Myrtle ( Kaiphal ) in 2 cups of water for half an hour. Gargle 4-5 times a day.

Box Myrtle ( Kaiphal ) for Varicose Veins

Prepare a decoction of the bark and use as a wash for Varicose Veins.
OR Make a thick salve by boiling Box Myrtle ( Kaiphal ) bark in some water. Rub the liquid mixture on Varicose Veins.
